Aruba holds a treasure trove of delights, and one gem we stumbled upon thanks to some fellow travelers, is the captivating farmer’s market at STR Agriculture Farm in Alto Vista. Nestled just a stone's throw away from the hotel area of Palm and Eagle Beach, this market is a must-visit, especially if you've got wheels at your disposal!
Every Saturday morning from 8 am to 12 pm, the STR Agriculture Farm bursts into life with a vibrant display of fresh produce. Picture-perfect watermelons, plump tomatoes, fiery hot peppers, crisp cucumbers, and succulent green beans are just a taste of the bounty awaiting you.
But the real magic lies in the bustling array of local vendors offering delectable treats. Imagine sipping on a cool, refreshing lemonade infused with strawberry or blue raspberry, adorned with fresh fruit—courtesy of Dr. Green Veggies. Trust me, it's the ultimate remedy for Aruba's sun-soaked mornings.
And then there's T2Pan Sourdough, a sensation in its own right. Despite the lengthy queues (yes, they're that good), their warm-from-the-oven sourdough loaves and sweet treats are worth every minute of the wait. Be sure to scout out their Instagram menu beforehand to whet your appetite. Plus, keep an eye out for their upcoming storefront—a testament to their growing popularity!

Parking is a breeze, with ample space within the farm gates or along the roadside when things get bustling. Be sure to bring cash with you, Florins or USD. Credit Cards/Venmo is only accepted with some vendors.
So, mark your calendar, rev up your appetite, and join me in exploring the flavors of Aruba at the STR Agriculture Farm—it's an experience you won't soon forget!
